Welcome to my site….
I am a Clinical Counselor Trainee based in Roseville, California, currently completing my graduate studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University, with expected graduation in 2026. I am super excited about the process to gain licensure in CA.
My journey into the mental health field is grounded in both academic training and a deep-rooted commitment to helping others heal and grow. I hold a graduate degree in Communication, which has uniquely equipped me with strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to listen with clarity and intention. This background strengthens my counseling work by allowing me to connect meaningfully with clients, understand their stories, and foster open, honest dialogue in a therapeutic setting.
In my current counseling work, I approach each client with empathy, compassion, and respect. I am especially drawn to a person-centered, strengths-based approach, believing that everyone has the capacity for change, healing, and self-discovery. Whether clients are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, or relational struggles, I work to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where they can feel seen, heard, and supported.
